Actually, according to icon of autorun, when we open the extension name.. the icon will shown "autorun.inf"...

Solution

So in order to solve the problem, you need to follow the instruction below:

1.Open command prompt. Go to Windows, then Run, and type "cmd" . Press enter.
2.Type "cd\" and press enter to get to the root directory of c:\ .
3.Type "attrib -h -r -s autorun.inf" and press enter.
4.Type "del autorun.inf" and press enter.
5.Repeat the same process with other drives, type "d:" and do the same thing. then next "e:".and restart your computer.
6.Restart your computer and it's done.

So after you've done these instruction above, you can open hard drives on a double click and also you will not be disturbed by autorun.inf problem again.

But among those antivirus.. i'm still think that kaspersky antivirus has what it takes to be the best products in market whereby it contains antivirus and antispyware as well as the protection itself regarding my experience, it is quite good.. with friendly user function, beautiful interface, high virus protection defense, easy to update and etc... (..But me myself use Symantec Endpoint Protection 11 because it is free crack version.. hahahaa....)

- It is the sign that you're having new folder.exe virus infected on your computer... so prepare to fight otherwise.. u need to format it... Actually it is a previous issues but the impact of this virus still happen lately....




The ability of newfolder.exe virus:

1. spread fastly and changing the filename ".doc" into its' name...clearly it's replaced the original file into itself and hide the original file.
2. able to hide show hidden file, folder option, task manager and regedit.
3. takes a lot of place on our hard drives. (..hardisk capacities will be drop down...)
4. normally spread through pen drive or thumb drive.. when it have already spread, none of antivirus can detect it but juz several antivirus only such Avira...
5. it is been more powerful lately, the process to remove it became difficult without the higher knowledge.. the technician unable to do anything same as me..

The solution:

1. Because of that difficulties, i'm tryin so hard to find any method to remove the virus... after so long i've tried.. then there is a hope that i was found....

Manual Solution

1. Firstly, you need delete a file named svichossst.exe where ever you find this file on your system
2. Use command prompt and type this "attrib *.doc* -h -r -s /S" in order to show hidden files, then you can see the files which have been hide by the virus...
3. Then, you need to remove the following keys from registry:
